Loved reading this and thanks for sharing your journey! πͺ Congratulations on the amazing transformation youβve achieved and I couldnβt be happier for you! ππ Having been in this journey together, Iβm amazed to see so many similarities in our thinking, I guess as they say great minds think alike! Haha π
This post showed up in my feed right time. Minutes ago I was on Google searching 'How to motivate oneself for exercise' and then I opened Stack, and boom here's your post.
This is amazing! What a detailed and thoughtful description of your journey. It certainly sounds like you have the dedication and consistency needed to do an Ironman. I write a triathlon blog, Triple Threat Life, so check it out if youβd like to learn more about triathlon and Ironman!
Iβll check out your blog. I am 33 now and I am not sure if I want to do an Ironman because my left foot has plantar fasciitis (i think). But itβs refreshing to hear that I can. π
Oh yes, a lot of people with all kinds of limitations or issues have done an Ironman. Itβs important to be healthy of course, but itβs certainly not a fast endeavor. Itβs a consistent, all day thing.
Every word resonated with me. I am very inspired by this journey, and thank you for saying it in such simple words. Also, yes to the article about Hormones controlling us. What is cycle syncing? Going to research on all this. Kudos on this! πͺπ»
Absolutely loved reading this and seeing your growth. Knowing that Iβm not alone in finding emotional support through food makes me feel less bad about myself (if that makes any sense). I love the reminder about habits and consistency because Iβm starting out as well and on days that I want to give up, I need to keep pushing myself. Reading this inspires me to do better, makes me feel seen β€οΈβ€οΈ
