So true. Clarity of direction begins with clarity of destination and clarity of where you’re starting (and what you’re starting with).

Excellent questions. I have been far too vague about my goals. I recently finally paid off debt and I find myself having a hard time breaking my previous cycle of thinking about doing x to pay y bill. I kept promising myself more breathing room “when I paid off those bills” but it’s harder than I thought.

Jen, I feel you. This cycle is vicious, for sure.

I invite you to ask yourself what moves you truly, what gives you energy and how would you like to achieve that. It’s okay if the goal is in the distant future.

But it’s important to define it today and define it well (use this post).

And then move towards it every single day with resources that are available to you today.

It’s okay to move slowly, but it’s important that you move towards it. All the best. 💓

Thanks 🙏🏼 I’m working on it.

This was actually very helpful and made me see how I’d been thinking so small and vague about my goals

Hi Michael, so good to hear from you. 🌻

Thank you for your feedback, I’ve learned a lot in the past months, will be bringing all the tools out on posts now :)

I’m so overwhelmed with the notifications and love on that art piece that I’ve gone numb almost on what to do next. 😂

Feel you on the “gone numb on what to do next.” Only thing to do is get back to basics, which of course, sounds easier than it is;).

Certainly beats the old SMART paradigm I used to parrot like sacred scripture. I used to work in fitness, first as a tireless personal trainer, but eventually as a leader (and leadership developer) in various roles.

These days, now a dedicated coach, I'm wildly intrigued by the philosophy of unfoldment over the change agendas I've pursued most of my adult life. It's a developing story.
